Have a look at your space and ask yourself how much space you are willing to let your bed take up. You should also have a look at your cupboards and openings (doors and windows). Four-poster beds – These beds are best for large rooms with high ceilings. Four poster beds bring about a sense of romance and become the feature of a room.
Hollywood beds – These beds are very low to the floor and are sleek in design. They are very stylish with tailored headboards.
Platform beds – The legs on these beds are hidden, making it look like the mattress is “floating” on a stage like box. These beds look best in a modern minimalistic setting.
